 Committed by Bournemouth Abusive Cult and Dorset Police

Terrorism Act violations

Following the discovery of an extraordinarily high number of terrorism act violations committed by an abusive cult in Dorset, in collaboration with Dorset Police in 2024, to terrorise me, Crispin Galizia (a handicapped landlord), more breaches have been identified.

After recent support shown by Dorset Police for:

- German Nazi-style terrorism required to enforce German Nazi Legislation and the Nuremberg Laws on behalf of violent thugs in Britain to isolate, terrorise, and deny me my basic right to life & earn a living

More recent terrorism act violations have been identified:

* Flagrant breach of EVERY subsection and paragraph of:

Terrorism Act 2000 - Section 1

Terrorism: interpretation.

(1)In this Act “terrorism” means the use or threat of action where—

(a)the action falls within subsection (2),

Breach: Failure to recognise that the intent to cause GBH and serious harm to both people and property is defined as terrorism  

(b)the use or threat is designed to influence the government [F1or an international governmental organisation] or to intimidate the public or a section of the public, and

Breach: Consistently using verbal/violent assaults, murder attempts, disappearing people, murder cover-ups and criminal harassment to intimidate the public and influence the government - ignoring repeated warnings

(c)the use or threat is made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious [F2, racial] or ideological cause.

Breach: Allowing Polish thugs to enforce German Nazi Legislation, and the Nuremberg Laws in Britain, despite the abrogation of the Nuremberg Laws by the Allied Control Council on 20 Sept 1945 with Control Council Law Number One 

(2)Action falls within this subsection if it—

(a)involves serious violence against a person,

Breach: Flagrant intent to ignore previous murder attempts, cause GBH and commit first-degree murder, hide evidence of murders and missing people, with multiple motives already established  

(b)involves serious damage to property,

Breach: Causing £1000s of damage to my flat 12B Churchill Road, in an act of gross vandalism, then refusing to recognise this as a crime

(c)endangers a person’s life, other than that of the person committing the action,

Breach: Suspects have repeatedly expressed their determination to commit first-degree murder, and incite police to facilitate a racket of serial murder

(d)creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public, or

Breach: Consistently targeting handicapped victims with criminal harassment, year after year, with intent to compound existing injuries/disabilities 

(e)is designed seriously to interfere with or seriously to disrupt an electronic system

Breach: Dorset Police seized 2 laptops, my phone and locked me out of 3 Facebook accounts on 30 Sept 2026, containing evidence of dozens of serious criminal offences and terrorist actions. Multiple signs and proof of internet hacking to interfere with my electronic devices and stop me investigating criminal abuses and terrorism offences have also been identified.

Breach: Repeated efforts to establish precisely the same political and discriminatory racial abuse and terrorism seen in Germany and Poland in 1939, here in Britain in 2026. 

Relying on the premise that we have forgotten the total abrogation of Nazi Nuremberg Law happened 81 years ago with the enactment of Control Council Law No. 1

Breach: Dorset Police persistently supported local thugs in pursuing a course of conduct that amounts to harassment, which they already knew amounted to harassment, for over 10 years unabated (2016-2026).

Breach: Dorset Police persistently incited local thugs to verbally and violently assault me daily for 3 years (2023-2026), by refusing to investigate compelling evidence of repeated assaults, while asking doctors to dishonestly vilify me on my medical records to incite further harm, causing a fear of violence on dozens of occasions.

Breach: Dorset Police and local thugs worked together, for many years, to seriously violate the Terrorism Acts 2000 & 2006, Allied Control Council Legislation, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 to terrorise me, Crispin Galizia, a handicapped landlord, with the specific intention of denying me the basic right to life and to earn a living. 

(This includes serious breaches of the European Convention on Human Rights, for similar reasons to the above.)
