PROPERTY FUSION & TERESA WHITE REPORTED TO POLICE ON TERRORISM, THEFT & SLAVERY CHARGES
5th October 2025
PROPERTY FUSION LTD & TERESA WHITE REPORTED TO DORSET POLICE YESTERDAY (9 DEC 2025) ON CRIMINAL CHARGES OF GROSS THEFT, ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR, SLAVERY INCIDENTS & ABUSIVE CULT TERRORISM
Crime report ref: SDA-2893-25-5555-IR04
Attaching the slavery complaint sent to Property fusion today via email, including the following outstanding issues:
* the breaching of the Slavery Act 2015 by refusing to recognise extensive remedial work done on communal areas to the building 28 C Gordon Road, by myself (Crispin Galizia) in the year 2022, with the expectation I should be "working for Property Fusion & other flat owners for free" not just in the past, but into the future indefinitely. In gross violation of Section 1 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Modern Slavery Act 2015
PART 1
Offences
1 Slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour
(1)A person commits an offence if—
(a)the person holds another person in slavery or servitude and the circumstances are such that the person knows or ought to know that the other person is held in slavery or servitude, or
(b)the person requires another person to perform forced or compulsory labour and the circumstances are such that the person knows or ought to know that the other person is being required to perform forced or compulsory labour.
* Property Fusion aiding and abetting gross theft of around £900 of electricity from my tenant Robert Lindsel by failing to address the electricity abstraction in 2022, and facilitate any investigation to catch the prime suspect, Teresa White (28 B)
* Property Fusion aiding and abetting violent intimidation, fly tipping and harassment by refusing to address threats and murder attempts against me performed at the property 28 Gordon Road, by Teresa White & her boyfriend 2020-2025
(Originally reported, with evidence, to Dorset Police in an email 10.01.23 see copy below)
I had to work for 2 weeks on behalf of Property Fusion management company (Winter 2022) at a flat on Gordon Road, Bournemouth, and pay for the cost of materials to avoid the catastrophic consequences of a serious water leak.
Property Fusion management company then sent me a huge annual bill for doing all their maintenance work for them.
The problem.
If I call Property Fusion (Brighton) about a water leak in the living room (Gordon Rd, Bournemouth), they will significantly delay fixing the leak. Their office may be closed, and/or they may have to call local roofers to find someone to fix the leak, causing a significant hold-up and the following (potential) complications:
* I have very little time to act when I identify a significant leak to prevent costly bills caused by water damage to property. Water goes straight through the flat roof into the room below, as the photos show. As a result, bills can quickly reach many £1000s if I don't address the issue for a few days, and the ceiling soaks up the water.
* I have a tenant who needs to go to work and does not have time to wait around for buckets to be placed on his living room floor, overflowing with water into the flat below (28 B).
* As well as risking substantial property damage, I also risk incurring a massive bill if I refuse to fix the leak myself. (It is not unlikely Property Fusion would charge me 10 X what it cost me to fix the leak myself.) Even though the bill is divided between 4 flats, I still pay significantly more compared to doing all the work myself.
* This has the knock-on effect of leaving the repair work for me to do on my own, while all the other flats, including Teresa White (28 B, who benefits from my repairs because her flat is underneath the leak) gets her roof fixed for free, while committing crimes of gross theft, fly tipping and antisocial behaviour against me & my tenant, year after year unhindered.
* While I'm at the Gordon Rd property fixing leaks, I notice a lot of other repairs that need doing (drain unblocking, front gate destroyed, loose pipes etc) that I end up doing myself. Because I cannot afford the enormous bills Property Fusion will ask me to pay for the same repairs if I don't do it myself. Again generating huge savings for other flat owners in the building who do not contribute any time, effort or finance to my work.
* 2 years on, my repairs on the flat roof still look as good as new, as we can see from the recent photos.
Ultimately, this is a "dream come true for Property Fusion" who have found themselves a hard-working slave to do all their maintenance tasks for them, while they take all the money. And even bill me £1000 every year for the effort I make doing all their work for them.
Violating the Slavery Act 1833, Human Rights & Labour Laws.
Is this part of a wider slavery racket used by unscrupulous property management companies?
Yes, it does clearly appear to be part of a much wider nationwide problem of "management company slavery" using generous landlords (and tenants) to do all their work for them, while they sweep the entire issue under the carpet, take all the profit and pretend it's not happening.
10.01.23 email reporting Property Fusion, shared with Dorset Police >
"Good afternoon Property Fusion/Karen Quinlan,
Please find my formal complaint in above Word/PDF documents about failure to pay for substantial works done by myself on communal areas @ 28 Gordon Road during the year 2022.
As this is clearly part of a far bigger, very determined campaign of sustained abuse targeting myself for the past 10 years, using repeated acts of violent intimidation, theft and vandalism to intimidate me, I have no choice but to report this matter to my local Police Force as well.
To force landlords to perform work under "slavery conditions" (that were clearly banned 100's of years ago) while subjecting them to regular acts of violent intimidation/vandalism and robbery is clearly completely unacceptable.
And clearly constitutes the sinister operation of an Abusive Terrorist Cult dedicated to threatening hard working honest craftsmen into doing "free work", year after year, presumably forever.
This spells very bad news for the entire building if this sort of behaviour is allowed to continue. I therefore shall be making every effort to hold the accused to account, expose the true extent of this sickening form of terrorism, recoup my loses and pave the way for a brighter future dedicated to fair treatment and good honest maintenance done at affordable prices.
I will update this email shortly with further proof (photos/video) of work done to clarify this complaint.
In the meantime, hope you can understand the long list of reasons for my dissatisfaction and thank you for your time.
Yours Sincerely,
Crispin Galizia"
