HARRISON AVE ABUSIVE CULT - HANDICAP TERRORISM
 
>> No explanation from my neighbour **** **** (downstairs, ground floor) about his refusal to go to police after I repeatedly reported/complained for 6 years about members of my family disappearing and local residents persistently escalating terrorist actions against me, with irrefutable evidence. It only takes 10 mins to call 101/fill in a crime report and raise a concern, so the only possible answers are: 
 
* he does not care
* he was scared he will be arrested and jailed for reporting terrorist actions to the police
* he quietly supports the campaign of serial murder/terrorist actions against me
* a combination of all the above
 
This unfortunately shows how the recent "anti-terrorism protest ban" imposed in the aftermath of so much escalating terrorism is predictably fuelling a horrific increase in more terrorist actions with the support of local residents here in Dorset.

Today I found my neighbour, Sepian (No 18) joining the Harrison Ave - Abusive Cult, handicap bullying campaign against me, around 1pm this afternoon. 
 
I was changing the oil on my van outside my flat, but made a small mistake, I put the O-ring to low on the oil filter, so when I started the engine, the oil pressure sent oil spewing from the filter, causing a rather nasty puddle, which I quickly cleared up, once I realised what had gone wrong. 
 
However, before I could do this, my nextdoor neighbour Sepian, (who usually never says a word to me) suddenly starts having a go at me. Noticing that I had an accident and looked stressed out, Sepian started harassing me, " You're not allowed to work on your van and change the oil outside your flat you know" he says. 
 
"I'm sorry but you're mistaken, and this is none of your business” I replied.
 
Sepian then tries to start an argument, telling me that I am "breaking the law" using aggressive intimidation tactics.
 
I reply “I have every right to change the oil outside my flat, and I'd like to remind you I struggle with disabilities and I am fed up with being abused by local thugs in this street, forming a 'gang of bullies' who have nothing better to do than terrorise handicap victims for cheap entertainment”.
Sepian ignores me, and carries on harassing me.
 
I turn around and Sara Armstrong (opposite) is filming the dispute from her front door on her phone, making sure she’s lending her full support to all her abusive cult members escalating harassment against me in Harrison Avenue.
 
I then decided to ask Sara Armstrong what she's doing, so I crossed the street (her phone still filming) and told her I am fed up with her organising a vile gang of thugs to persistently bully and harass me unabated, year after year.
 
Sara says nothing, just stands there with her phone videoing me, then disappears into her flat like a lizard back under a rock.
 
The extraordinary thing about this is Sepian is the father of a severely disabled, paraplegic child. 
 
SO HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER. 
 
THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL TO FIND THE PARENTS OF A SEVERELY DISABLED CHILD JOINING A NOTORIOUS ABUSIVE CULT OF THUGS TO TARGET HANDICAPPED VICTIMS IN THEIR STREET WITH PERSISTENTLY ABUSIVE HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE. 
 
Sara Armstrong may still have the video she recorded at her front door, but is unlikely to show it to anyone because it seriously incriminates her. 
 
It just shows these thugs know what they're doing is wrong. They know it’s evil. They know it’s utterly disgusting. So they film their victims while they’re harassing them to make it look like the bullies are innocent. Step up to them, and they cower back into their house and slam the door. 
 
My guess is, Sara has either deleted the video or hidden it somewhere, scared its incriminated her, and could spill the beans on her abusive cult terrorism and land her in jail. So Dorset Police might want to ask her if they can have a look at the video she recorded this lunchtime (13.10.25) !!!
Shame on these evil handicap-beating cowards !!!
