CPS DEFINITION OF TERRORISM IDENTIFIES "SERIOUS TERRORIST ACTIONS" IN BRITAIN
FURTHER EVIDENCE WAS SUBMITTED TO THE IOPC, YESTERDAY, 12.12.26, CONCERNING DORSET POLICE REFUSAL TO INVESTIGATE GROSS VANDALISM AND TERRORIST ACTIONS IN DORSET
I have just spoken to Dorset Police on the phone this afternoon (17.10.25) who told me they will DO NOTHING about the serious vandalism to property at 12 B Churchill Rd.
In spite of costs potentially adding up to £200,000 (or more) for damage already caused to the entire building.
Celia Denton is affiliated with a large number of local thugs operating an "abusive cult" that uses persistent criminal actions to influence government/council opinion, intimidate the public, and advance nefarious political agendas, all of which are classified as "terrorist actions" by the UK government & CPS interpretations of terrorism.
For example, using the gross vandalism caused by hoarding, to suppress cancer cures (I publish), in a desperate bid to influence government policy, and protect the multi-billion-pound cancer charity fraud run by Cancer Research UK and 15 other major UK-based cancer charities.
THIS IS FLEECING THE BRITISH PUBLIC OF BILLIONS EVERY YEAR.
In fact, according to the evidence, this is THE clearest case of criminal actions (serious harm caused to property & people) being used to negatively influence government policy, and gratuitously terrorise the public, seen in my lifetime.
Quoting from the cps.gov article defining a terrorist action:
"...if the actions listed below are designed to influence the government, or an international governmental organisation or to intimidate the public. The use or threat must also be for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, racial or ideological cause."
Comprehensively demonstrated with Dr Galizia & Sara Armstrong's 25-years of abusive cult terrorism by:
* influencing government (and public) opinion with persistent violent criminal actions, hate incitement, mass deception, unlawful arrests and misinformation campaigns
* intimidating the public with brutal torture, mass-GBH & premature death
* advancing the corrupt politics of international cancer charity fraud by suppressing more honest political agendas, including medical and religious ideologies
Since all the above criteria define a terrorist action, without exception, this is now officially one of the most flagrant cases of serious terrorist actions escalated on UK soil, to terrorise the British public in plain sight, seen in our lifetime.
With floor beams bending under the weight of miscellaneous items causing a serious threat to life by this latest episode of extreme hoarding (also by fire and uninhabitable living conditions) I am now forced to report this terrorism-crisis to the IOPC.
We have working solutions on the table (flat swap etc) yet they are all being ignored.
This is so obviously terrorism, it beggars belief Dorset Police even try to deny it.
And the motive behind all this abusive cult terrorism? Manipulate government policy to promote cancer charity fraud (an ancient Israeli scam) & suppress cures so these charities can unashamedly genocide, torture & mass-mutilate the British public, with carefully planned, premeditated intent and government approval.
While we're asked to keep donating our life savings to look for cures, they (and I) already have.
So to be clear, this is not just a terrorist action - THIS IS A WAR CRIME.

Dear IOPC,
Re: Dorset Police aiding and abetting serious terrorist actions.
I have just spoken to a call handler (7755) from Dorset Police, who told me during the call this afternoon (17.10.25) that Dorset Police officers are refusing to investigate the serious damage caused to my property, by the tenant, Miss Celia Denton, at the flat she rents from me:
12 B Churchill Rd
Bournemouth
BH1 4NT
Although the following criminal actions are still in progress:
* The tenant, Celia Denton, has admitted to using hoarding miscellaneous items, to cause gross vandalism and the extensive damage visible inside the flat is irrefutable evidence of this horrific crime
* Cost of damage already caused: £15,000 minimum > £100,000 (or more) ALREADY CAUSED, with the express intention of causing another £200,000 damage (or more) if no one can stop her. (The tenant, Celia, freely admits this)
* Celia has also admitted the intent to use hoarding to bend floor beams (first floor flat) and send several tons of miscellaneous items into the flat below to cause serious injury/loss of life, and demolish the entire flat (and the one below)
* Celia Denton has systematically starved her daughter Willow (who looks visibly stunted for her age, 25) by denying her use of the kitchen since moving in 2009
* Celia has also been working in collaboration with many other local thugs and terrorists here in Dorset to form an “abusive cult” to target me (Crispin), her handicapped landlord, with persistent violent terrorism for around 15 years unabated (2010-2015), with impunity from prosecution, to further a number of nefarious political agendas
As there is a clear intent, by Celia Denton (and her abusive cult members) to influence government policy, by persistently using violent criminal actions to promote a notorious multi-billion-pound charity fraud (documented with evidence), I must remind you these actions (listed above) are defined as "serious terrorist actions" within all GOV.UK & CPS legislation:
This means if Dorset Police are refusing to address these despicable actions, they are aiding and abetting terrorism, according to UK legislation.
Dorset Police have a duty to keep the peace and protect the public. And certainly NOT aid and abet dangerously demented terrorists like Celia Denton, who openly seek to influence political agendas & government policy with a variety of terrorist actions (with accomplices) on the streets of Dorset to form proscribed terrorist operations and particularly abhorrent "abusive cults".
I therefore have faith that the IPOC can act swiftly to avert anymore serious harm to my property & the public.
