From the lack of any reply to the recent WhatsApp message (22 Sept), it's now crystal clear that my neighbour downstairs, Jake ******* had nothing but dishonest, evil intentions from the start, 17 years ago.

Since I reported him to social services and local police a few weeks ago, he has stopped talking to me completely. And has taken to creeping around our property, constantly whispering and hiding like a wanted criminal.

Behaving so suspiciously, he's making it very obvious he is 100% guilty of every offence he's been reported for:

* The 2009 roofing scam that robbed me of approx. £1500
* Aiding and abetting 17 years of criminal abuse + GBH to suppress evidence of his gross theft
* Causing GBH to his daughter with protracted dark, Satanic-style child abuse
* Denying me the right to life and emergency access to earn a living by refusing to go halves on a drop-curb parking scheme
* Denying us BOTH the right to repair our property (by refusing to go halves on a drop-curb parking scheme), setting our house on a course for catastrophic disrepair and imminent disaster

Now made worse by the fact I have NO ONE to communicate with to manage and maintain our building, or share costs.

Entitlement and Mental Illness

If someone causes GBH to an animal, they go straight to jail, but for some strange reason, when children are severely injured by their parents, people try to ignore it.

What's going on?

Jake appears to suffer from a very strange sense of entitlement, like he has a god-given right to scam, to steal and to cause gross harm to people and property whenever he wants to.

But the reality is, parents do NOT 'own' their children.

Despite what Jake wants us to believe, he does NOT have an automatic right to 'do what he likes to his kids' (or his neighbours). Children are NOT like a possession we buy from a shop that we abuse, and deny the right to life so we can cause gross harm with intent. Then act surprised when others notice signs of GBH.

THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY INSANE CON ARTISTS

Mad enough to invent all these revolting scams.

Dumb enough to think we will all fall for them.

And pretending all these crimes are 'normal' is a classic scam, from start to finish. Every. Single, One. Of. Them.

And if we're honest, only a paranoid schizophrenic psychopath would expect us to believe this amount of disgusting nonsensical garbage.

Jake has looked thrilled recently that no one has been able to stop his hideous crime wave. Already celebrating by organising more vandalism, more Nazi-style terrorism, more GBH, more harm to his neighbours and his property, leaving me NO CHOICE but to keep reporting all the latest evidence until finally someone can stop this dangerous lunatic, protect those at risk and enforce the law.
