Dorset Police CAUGHT THREATENING The Information Commissioner 27 JUNE 2023

Dear Stuart *******,

Thank you for this morning's email.

I have attached the 2X FOI requests submitted to Dorset Police on 23rd May & 7th June 2023, asking for details of the male co-passenger of Sergeant White's unmarked car that accosted me on 22nd May of this year.

I note the time limit on this FOI EXPIRES TODAY. Yet NO MENTION of this in your email.
If Dorset Police are failing to reply to Freedom Of Information requests, then the ICO should be looking into this, not intentionally ignoring it.

I am therefore struggling to understand today's email that sights no justifiable reason for closing my case while making absolutely no reference to the 2 FOI's submitted to Dorset Police that were NEVER returned.

And must remind you that a large number of my family are still being "held hostage with a knife to their throat" (and have been over 7 years now!) with several already feared dead/murdered, by Dorset Police working together with other domestic terrorists.

I can only translate your email (BELOW) as a strange attempt to ignore this horrific situation and allow abusive cults and domestic terrorism free reign to completely takeover British communities.

   * I also note the lack of reply to my 2 SAR's now clearly constitutes a profoundly desperate attempt by Dorset Police to cover up a 20-year campaign of domestic terrorism, kidnapping, GBH, murder attempts, targeting myself, an innocent defenceless cancer patient.

   * More worryingly, the lack of reply to the FOI's above, shine a bright light on how Dorset Police are conducting a cowardly campaign of domestic terrorism and serial first-degree murder, in plain sight, targeting local residents here in Dorset. (The only thing we don't know? How frequent these murders actually are!)

   * Even more worryingly, the reasons for covering up so much deadly domestic terrorism, via ignoring Subject Access Requests and FOI's, sets a highly disturbing precedent in terms of allowing Dorset Police the right to ignore any Information Requests sent, and openly flout government regulations that expose their most heinous malpractice and corruption.

If we then take a closer look at the real motives behind disappearing my family, while conducting an operation of patient beating and domestic terrorism in broad daylight, on our doorsteps, the motives are again alarmingly obvious: to destroy cures for cancer/addiction so corrupt institutions like Cancer Research UK can steal billions in plain sight, on completely fake and fraudulent pretences.
Stealing billions to fund terrorism? All over the UK? To help fund Dorset Police's abusive cults, patient beating and serial murder?

Is unfortunately exactly what's happening here. And I have all the necessary evidence to prove this in any court of law very fast and effectively.
Raising the question Stuart, why you consider this matter "to be closed"? Given that today we have all signs pointing very clearly to this being one of the worst unresolved cases of Police corruption ever identified on UK soil.

I also note there are very clearly NO signs of any closure to this awful terrorism in the real world, or any termination to Dorset Police corruption/domestic terrorism. I can therefore only assume someone is threatening you, Stuart. There really is no other reasonable explanation for your sudden decision to drop my case, in the midst of so much blatantly corrupt activity, for no justifiable reason.

I therefore must implore you to reconsider your decision in light of new evidence. And, of course, will be raising/reporting this matter with other authorities in due course, quite simply to alert them to the fact we now have reckless killers on the loose, openly stealing billions from the British public every year to fund the worst domestic terrorism ever witnessed in UK history.

Kind Regards,

Crispin Galizia

Dear Cristin Galizia,

Thank you for your further e-mail on 21 June 2023 in response to the conclusion we reached in regards to your complaint against Dorset Police.

We would like to thank you for bringing further evidence relating to information requests that you have submitted to Dorset Police and for which you have received no response.

As mentioned in our outcome e-mail to you which was sent on 21 June 2023, at this time, we do not intend to ask Dorset Police to prioritise any information requests and are monitoring the situation of their non-compliance to such requests accordingly.

Their non-compliance into your requests has been noted and, as stated previously, may be re-visited if further action is taken against Dorset Police. However until such a time, we consider this matter to be closed.

Yours sincerely,

Stuart ******
Case Officer
Information Commissioner's Office
